Our mission and values

The École's mission is to introduce the circus arts to families, individuals of all ages, social and corporate groups, while ensuring that the community benefits from the social and health benefits of its activities. All our training programs take place in a safe, inclusive, respectful and friendly environment. Creativity, cooperation, self-satisfaction and self-improvement, as well as social and community involvement, are its core values.

Giving Tuesday

Verdun Circus School is joining this movement to give back to its community and continue its work of social transformation and cultural democratization.

For nearly 40 years, the school has been a not-for-profit organization, helping its community to shine by democratizing the arts and fostering the development of all children, including those from vulnerable backgrounds. Using circus as a tool, the school enables the young and not-so-young of the region to flourish. In order to support children from underprivileged families, the school has set up a community service program that enables dozens of children from Verdun-area elementary school to take part in free introductory circus arts activities.

With your help, we want to go further!

Our goal is to raise $5,000 to offer a circus initiation to 3 additional elementary schools in 2024!

Since the cost of this experience is approximately $20 per child, your contribution will have a direct and concrete impact. Donations will be accumulated to cover as many children as possible.

• $20 = 1 child
• $40 = 2 children
• $60 = 3 children
• $100 = 5 children
• $500 = 1 class
• $1,500 , whether it's a one-off donation or a combined total from all of you, will enable us to bring a school
• $3,000 = we can accommodate 2 schools
• $5,000 = we can accommodate 3 schools
