Donate $20.00 to Mohawk Village Memorial Park’s “Donate to Win” campaign and as a thank you we will enter your name into a draw to WIN a Toronto Maple Leafs prize package!

Each $20 donation counts as one entry. Contest closes Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 11:59 a.m. Contest is open to Canadian residents (excluding residents of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority as of the date of entry. Travel is not included and winning tickets must be picked up by winner of the tickets.

There is one (1) Toronto Maple Leafs prize package to be won (valued at approx. $2,500 CAD): Two (2) Game Tickets to the Toronto Maple Leafs vs Winnipeg Jets on January 24, 2024 and, one (1) night Hotel room accommodation in Toronto, Ontario (standard room, based on double occupancy) on January 24, 2024.

A $20.00 donation to Mohawk Village Memorial Park’s “Donate to Win” campaign signifies that you have read and agree to the Contest Rules. By submitting a donation to the Mohawk Village Memorial Park’s “Donate to Win” campaign through https://mohawkvillagepark.com or any other electronic platform, you agree that the act of submitting a donation to the Mohawk Village Memorial Park’s “Donate to Win” campaign is a binding form of your electronic signature, which you agree binds you to these Contest Rules. The potential winner will be called between 1:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 10, 2024. If the winner cannot: be reached within two (2) days following the first attempt of contact, incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return the required release form, the prize shall be forfeited and Mohawk Village Memorial Park has the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner.
