MONTRÉAL WALKS FOR MENTAL HEALTH
MONTRÉAL WALKS for mental health is an annual 3 kilometer walk organized by the MONTRÉAL WALKS for mental health Foundation. Every fall, walkers take to the streets of downtown Montreal to help increase public awareness about mental health and eliminate stigma and discrimination towards people living with mental illness. Plus, the walk is an opportunity to raise funds for organizations providing mental health services.
By raising money for the Walk, you are helping us to help organizations in Montreal who provide mental health services. Every year, we fund projects that support, inform, educate, and help people living with mental illness and their families. Past projects include equipment for a game room, a program to help women tackle a hoarding problem, a program designed to reduce anxiety, and mental health training.
Your support also means that we can hold a Walk again next year! Thank you!
