Supportive Communities and Better Futures
To lead and inspire change to meet the mental health needs of children, youth and their families.
About NEW PATH FOUNDATION
New Path Foundation is making a difference in the lives of children, youth and their families affected by a mental health challenge.
We do this through supporting organizations, like New Path Youth & Family Services, and others that lead and inspire change to ensure that those facing mental health challenges receive the support they need.
Along with donors, like you, we are saving lives.
New Path Foundation was established in 1996 as a public foundation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors to serve as a link between donors, charitable interests and the vital needs of children, youth and families.
Through developing, managing and mobilizing community philanthropic investment, New Path Foundation works tirelessly to achieve our mission.
New Path Foundation originated as the Thompson Community Foundation in 1996. In 2000, the Foundation became New Path Foundation of Simcoe County. New Path Foundation ensures the availability of human and financial resources for innovative programs across Simcoe County.
