After high school Sarah Moorhouse, with Okanagan Restoration Services, left Armstrong to make Alberta her home. 10 years later she returned to Vernon to work in the family business and live in Vernon forever.
Upon returning, Sarah joined JCI to meet new people. JCI opened the doors to a new passion and Sarah has been volunteering in our community ever since.
Darcy Helmle, with Pacific CoastCom—Telus, is originally from Winnipeg and has called Vernon his home since he was 10 years old. Through his business he’s built great relationships within the community and wants to support Hospice in any way he can.
These long time friends can’t wait to support NOHS through DWTVS.
Darcy & Sarah both recognize the importance of a place like NOHS in our community. Sarah is a member of multiple volunteer organizations and when the chance presented itself to support NOHS through DWTVS, her & Darcy couldn’t say no. With their strong connections to family, friends and business in our community they look forward to learning how to dance while having fun and raising money for this truly vital organization. They thank you for your generous donations.
