Renfrew Public Library values accessibility and fairness in serving our diverse community. We facilitate access to all expressions of knowledge and intellectual activity by ensuring high quality customer service, creating safe spaces for all and responding to the needs of our customers. We participate in community partnerships and encourage the joy of reading and life-long learning.
Renfrew Public Library's Carnegie building will be 100-years-old in 2021. We have worked incredibly hard over the past few years to open up the space and create new areas where all members of the community can have easy access to services and programs.
The next stage involves the creation of a new circulation area which will open up a large amount of floor space for the public and allow staff a more accessible, streamlined, safe work area. As a not-for-profit organization, our budget covers the necessities: collections, wages, programs, supplies and utilities. In order to create this new, vibrant space, we need your financial help! We greatly appreciate any amount you can donate!
