At Roots Community Services, we inspire and empower our communities through culturally sensitive programs. On Sunday, September 24, 2023, from 4pm to 7pm, we are hosting our second annual Bowl-A-Thon to raise funds for our seniors’ and children’s programs. This family Fun n' Fund event is being held at Bowlero, 50 Bramtree Ct., Brampton.
The funds raised will support our much loved Healthy Active and Wise Seniors (HAWS) program and Arts Literacy and Tutoring (ALT) club. Our HAWS program allows seniors to enjoy their golden years to the fullest, and stay engaged in the community as they look after their health. Our ALT program offers a space for children to express themselves through a variety of literacy, art, STEM, and social activities.
Donations of $20 or more will be eligible for a tax receipt.
