For the second year in a row, a team of students from Selkirk College have made it to the final round of the CPABC Case Competition. In a case competition, students tackle a given business challenge experienced by a real company/business. Students brainstorm, create and present a viable solution to the business owners. It is an opportunity for the students to network with Chartered Professional Accountants from around the province, build their skills and solve a real-world business problem.
The CPABC case competition is an extremely prestigious and competitive event. Earning a finalist entry is an incredible accomplishment for Nyari Sharma, Sambhav Jian, Sachin Dhall and Mohit Shah. This team of students has dedicated many hours to practicing and their hard work has paid off. Now they are on their way to the championships and they need your help.
Last year Selkirk College was the only 2-year college in the final round. This year we would like to be the first 2-year college to ever win the title.
Students are raising funds so the team can travel to Vancouver and compete for the big win!
