Our world has shifted since 1985; the arts and cultural landscape has substantially changed. Government grants and corporate sponsorships have been greatly affected by the Pandemic, with programs and priorities shifting where they invest. For SOTS to thrive in this new world, we must remember and take inspiration from the origins of theatre when it was made for the people and supported by the people.
