The Rotary Club of Calgary at Stampede Park "Stay in School Program" supports disadvantaged young students who have a passionate dream with mentorship and scholarships.  This program has been blessed for 19 years with your support.

The major fundraiser for the Stay in School Program is our annual sold-out golf tournament – Supreme Windows Charity Classic - proudly held every year in late July.  This event typically raises $150,000 towards the Stay in School fund.

2020 would have marked our 20th Anniversary and while many special plans were being made, the decision in April, which was the right one, was to postpone this year’s tournament due to COVID-19.  But that has not dampened our spirit and belief in these students, their proud families, and their Rotary mentors.

This program offers not only financial support to students, but also mentorship by those who have successfully walked before them.  Our young grade six students compete vigorously for this Program every year and those selected are paired with a Rotarian as a mentor starting Day One.

Rotarians offer confidence, courage, and enthusiasm to their young students, encouraging them to pursue their dreams and continue their education through to a post-secondary degree. These mentoring relationships can last ten years and often see life-long friendships develop.

With your financial support, the Rotary mentoring program, the passion of our students, and their proud family backing them, we all accomplish success together.  There are many important pieces to this program, but with everyone’s critical role, we are all helping to build tomorrow’s leaders.

In 2021 we will celebrate our Stay in School 20 Year Anniversary Supreme Windows Charity Classic and would be honoured to have you by our side.  Until then, we continue to support our students and families through this campaign to ensure our students continue to chase, and catch, their dream.
