Shave For Shawna
Streets Alive Mission
Shawna Clark was addicted to drugs and alcohol for 30 years. Streets Alive helped her to get sober and realize she was worthy of recovery. Three months ago, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and now she has to fight again. She wants to show people who are still trying to recover that when things get tough you don't give up. She's decided to shave her head before she loses her hair and thought it would be a great opportunity to raise money and awareness for recovery. If you'd like to donate please do so at Streets Alive (323 4th Street S), or if you'd like to shave your head as well, come down to the Mission on June 6th at 1:00pm. All our welcome to come support Shawna and recovery. All proceeds will go straight to Fort MacLeod Detox centre, a place close to Shawna's heart.
