Sunshine House is a drop-in and resource centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba that began in 1983 in response to the growing HIV/AIDS epidemic. Today, we serve:
- un- and under-housed people
- people who use drugs
- people in the sex trade
- 2SLGBTQIA people
- newcomers and refugee claimants
Currently, we are mounting a COVID-19 response that has increased our days of operation in the week and added a service of grocery/supply delivery to program participants. All donated moneys go to purchasing food and supplies to stay open and keep up our provisioning of the community.
