Furniture Donations

Help us save the planet by reducing landfill waste!

Families in your community are in need of basic living necessities and your used furniture can make a world of difference to them.  Tailwind Foundation is currently collecting furniture in the White Rock/South Surrey area.  We are looking to collect gently used items that still have more years to give.  This includes:

- couches

- beds frames & mattresses (single, double, queen)

- night stands

- dinning table & chair sets

- dressers & wardrobes

- televisions

- kitchen items (dish sets, utensil sets, microwaves, toasters, kettles etc)

- coffee tables

- toys

Our wonderful volunteers dedicate their time to pick up your unwanted furniture, so you can save time and energy. In return, we ask that you consider a minimum $60 donation per pick up.  All proceeds will go toward covering Tailwind Foundation's transportation and furniture storage costs (tax receipts issued). 

If you have unwanted furniture and are located in the White Rock/South Surrey area please email us at tailwindfoundation@gmail.com.  Let us know what items you have to pick up and your location.  We may ask for additional photos in order to determine whether some donations will be suitable for our families.
