Music is essential for supporting people at all stages of life. Science shows that music can impact mood, cognition, and behaviour and combat the effects of poor mental health and social isolation in our communities.

Our programs leverage this science and result in reported improvement in connection with others, improved self-esteem and the use of new skills to calm, recover, express emotions, and seek help when it is needed.

Experts with backgrounds in music, movement, social work, or music therapy facilitate the program. They draw on the participants' personal experiences using music, storytelling, and creativity to open the conversation about mental health.

We teach new skills to manage health, wellness, and well-being and provide a low-cost, easy-to-access pathway to additional support and services in the community. We help participants of all ages open up, connect and stay engaged.

We are focused on scaling the delivery of our programs to impact more youth and seniors in our communities. Our target is 20,000  participants by 2026. $20/month pays for one participant to attend a program. Donate Today!
