As Canada's oldest performing arts organization, the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir champions the choral music experience through live performances, education and outreach programs, building and enriching communities through a profound emotional experience of the choral masterworks of the world.
Ticket sales and performance fees cover only 39% of the revenue we need each season. The Conductor's Challenge campaign was launched in 2005 to support performances of the great symphonic choral works that have been part of the TMC's legacy for over 120 years. But the TMC is about so much more than performances, with programs for singers, students, conductors and composers that have enriched lives and furthered the careers of a new generation.
Your participation in this year's Conductor's Challenge will support popular TMC performances, like Festival of Carols and Sacred Music for a Sacred Space, and further our work as the foremost champion of choral music in Toronto and across the country.
