The Toronto Annual Run & Roll Against Violence is a 5K race held by the Toronto Rape Crisis Centre/Multicultural Women Rape (TRCC/MWAR). The TRRAV is a fun, accessible opportunity for runners, walkers, and people of all abilities to come together to build a healthy community and support survivors of sexual violence.

Why: To support survivors of violence by raising funds for the Toronto Rape Crisis Centre / Multicultural Women Against Rape
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I bring my dog, stroller, or mobility device?Absolutely! Everyone is welcome; encourage people of all ages, genders, and abilities to participate!
Can I get a refund or defer my registration to next year?Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or deferrals at this time.
Can I walk the route? Is there a time limit to complete the course?Walkers are welcome. There is no time limit.
Can I register a child to run the race?Yes. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Where do the funds go? Funds raised will go directly to survivors of violence through TRCC/MWAR's Face-to-Face counseling, Court Support and Accompaniment and Public Education Campaigns and Workshops.
Can I donate directly?Yes! Select "Donation" under Ticket Types.
