A Notice of Application filed with the Superior Court of Ontario demands Twitter release the identity of the individuals behind advocacy groups in Peel who use specific accounts. The purpose of the request is to allow the PDSB to pursue litigation against the advocates responsible for the accounts, individually.
We are asking the community to help raise $10,000.00 for a litigation fund.
This fund will support individuals who have advocated against anti-Black racism but must fight costly private legal challenges by the PDSB. It will cover legal fees, expert witnesses and reports, should the need arise within the next two years.
