Community Cats Toronto is the city's only dedicated group helping feral, outdoor, and abandoned cats through Trap Neuter Return (TNR) education and advocacy. #1 We are all-volunteer run. A small but nimble team organizes and hosts over 14 TNR courses each year from Toronto to Sudbury. #2 We empower people to help cats, which in turn help people and communities. Simple put: Fewer kittens, fewer problems. #3 We collect data. It's not sexy, but tracking colony populations is critical to the success of this city-wide program and effort to spay-neuter feral cats. With limited resources, we manage to have a big impact on unowned cats and kittens in Toronto. Since the program began a decade ago, our partners at Toronto Animal Services have seen a 56% decrease in feline intact. That's a lot fewer unwanted kittens born on the street and healthier, vaccinated cats in colonies. Please consider making a donation to help us continue our programming in 2020 and grow the organization with new educational initiatives.
