Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL):
What Your Charity Needs to Do Before July 1st
On July 1st, CASL’s compliance requirements will become a lot more impactful for charities and non-profit organizations. Join David Young, Principal at David Young Law to understand what your charity or non-profit must do to ensure you’re covered, followed by a Q&A period. Some of the questions David answers are:
- What is CASL and who does it apply to?
- What are the rules charities and non-profits should be aware of?
- What is implied consent?
- What is private right of action?

I would like to send a link of the presentation to all of our staff for training purposes. Is it possible the direct link can be sent to me. This was a very informative webinar. Thank you for the opportunity to join.

Thank you, this was an excellent webinar! I enjoyed it and got a lot out of it, especially when your speak spoke to us in terms we could understand. I took part in another webinar about a month ago and had a very difficult time understanding what was said because the speak was in such a hurry to finish before the deadline. Needless to say, I didn’t enjoy it. GOOD JOB!!
