Saanich Neighbourhood Place is a family resource centre that was established in 1993.  The programs we offer reflect our belief that everyone deserves a safe, respectful and supportive environment in which to develop and grow.  We work with other community agencies to promote and support the well being of families and individuals from all walks of life; including new Canadians, youth, expectant and new parents.  We offer individual and family support, and our programs attract people who might otherwise feel isolated. Our drop in groups thrive with diversity and our community kitchen and cooking programs are accessible to anyone wanting to connect and learn about preparing meals for themselves and their families as well as nutrition.

It Takes a Village!!

Saanich Neighbourhood Place (SNP) is a non-profit organization that delivers a wide range of programming for families, children and youth. 

Almost all of our programs and services are offered at no charge to participants, ensuring universal access and low barrier services remain available to support the community. Your donation, large or small, helps us do things like purchase food, toys, outdoor equipment, or diapers and formula to be used or distributed in our programs.

We need the community to join us! Sponsorship and donations help us to help the community. We are extremely grateful to the many individuals and organizations that support our work. It definitely takes a village and we are grateful that we are able to support the community with our work and services.
