Trickster Theatre is based in Calgary, Alberta.  We tour across Alberta, creating approx. 35 original shows a year in all kinds of communities. We do these residencies in schools, transforming the gym into a theatre. We involve up to 500 actors and provide the lighting, sound, costumes, curtains and props.

We are providing digital media training to nearly 30 artists.  Their usual work as theatre artists is not available at the moment, so they are training to be videographers and video editors. 

This will enable them to work in our new in-school and on-line residency programs , as well as our virtual programs.

Your support helps make this transition possible for them,  as they continue to be able to provide for their families and apply their skills.
