Good employers want to find the best talent possible for their organization and will often be more than willing to make necessary adjustments and accommodations. Simple accommodations can go a long way.

There are various potential visual aids that will help ensure a positive experience for hard-of-hearing employees such as handouts, flip-charts, and written materials. CHHA is raising money to provide youth from the HoH community with resources to advocate for accommodations when seeking employment.
