The Huronia Communities Foundation is a locally run public foundation that aims to strengthen philanthropy. It builds and prudently manages permanent, income earning Endowment Funds from charitable donations. Annual earnings from these Endowment Funds are given in the form of Grants to charitable programs in support of our community.

The Huronia Communities Foundation does not compete with other charities, but exists to support other local efforts by providing donors with an opportunity to make their financial support perpetual.  

The Huronia Communities Foundation serves the community made up of the Towns of Midland and Penetanguishene, the Townships of Tay, Tiny and Georgian Bay and Elmvale, Coldwater and Christian Island.
