AARF Rescue - HELPING THOSE WHO CANNOT HELP THEMSELVES

Please note that this is an ongoing fundraising page for Animal Angel Rescue Foundation - AARF Rescue.  Our Canada Helps donations help us tremendously with our veterinary care fund.  We take in many dogs and cats that have quite extensive medical needs.  Our average veterinary costs per year can accumulate to $25,000.

AARF Rescue's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abandoned, abused and unwanted animals. AARF was established in 1998. We work with helping animals in the community as well as local/rural animal control facilities and humane societies where we rescue animals in order to give them the chance they deserve.

AARF uses a hands-on approach to train and rehabilitate animals so that they may become family pets. Our program proves that the rate of successful placements is far higher if the animal is healthy, socialized, well trained and re-homed in an environment suited to his or her personality. AARF ensures that all animals that come into the rescue are fully vetted. Each and every one is vet checked, receives standard medical care such as vaccinations, treatments for parasites; as well as any specific care such as heart worm treatment, orthopedic surgery, dental surgery, etc.

AARF is strictly a not-for-profit rescue; we receive no funds from any agency, corporation or government. AARF relies solely on the kindness and generosity of the public and community.

Your donation is greatly appreciated and will be used to help with costs associated with the care and well-being of animals.
