Road to 2021 RWC

Since 2015, the Monty Heald Fund has worked with Rugby Canada to ensure that players selected to the squad, in games and preparations leading up to a World competition, would not be asked to put their hands in their own pockets to cover budget shortfalls

Today, Canada is ranked 3rd by World Rugby behind New Zealand and England.  

The Road to the 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand  includes

  • Builder Camps (in BC, AB, ON/QC and Atl)
  • Top 50 Camp (in Guelph, May 28- June 8)
  • International Tests (in 2020) include Australia July 18, New Zealand July 25, USA August 8 and USA November 10-20
  • more camp and fixtures to be confirmed in 2021
