Rescue workers have been supporting relief efforts in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Nepal, Bangladesh and other countries affected by flooding throughout the year. There have been more than 540 reported fatalities and over 3.5 million impacted individuals. This has also led to the destruction of farms and vital agriculture which has raised concerns about food shortages as well as poverty and unemployment. <\/span><\/p>\n

Charities are still on the ground, assisting with essential aid and medical care, and will continue to assist in rebuilding homes, schools and medical facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n
