On behalf of the entire team, I want to extend our sincerest thanks to you for choosing to partner with CanadaHelps. You make our work to democratize access to effective and affordable fundraising technology for all charities possible, ensuring that every charity, regardless of its size, can increase its impact in the digital era. Like so many others, I find the lead up to the holidays a time to reflect and share.<\/p>\n

We are in challenging and transformational times. Government funding is shrinking, the donor base is aging, and we are still working to understand and adapt to the expectations of younger generations. Corporations are increasingly taking up causes themselves vs. funding charities. More than ever, charities need the tools and skills to directly engage Canadians and cultivate a strong base of supporters. We\u2019re here to help you do that. We\u2019re committed to building the tools and sharing the knowledge and best practices that fundraisers need to succeed.<\/p>\n

We are also passionate about building awareness amongst Canadians of the importance of smaller charities. A great example of the advocacy work we do is a recent article in MoneySense magazine (national readership of over 1.4 million Canadians),\u00a0in which I was interviewed. This year, smaller charities were included in the magazine’s annual charity rankings special report for the first time.\u00a0Here<\/u><\/a> <\/strong>is a link to the article. Your charity and our entire sector is making a vital difference in the lives of Canadians and around the globe, for this and future generations. We at CanadaHelps want to do our part, and we will continue to collaborate and do our very best to support as many charities in the unique work they do. We are thankful and proud to be part of the sector \u2013 a charity helping charities.<\/p>\n
