This email is sent in Spanish or English, and also includes the CanadaHelps logo and a fake email address with the domain @cdahelps.org.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>These are not legitimate emails and were not sent by General Bank of Canada or CanadaHelps.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have received such an email, we recommend that you report the email and then immediately afterward delete it. <\/span><b>Do not click any links contained within the email message, respond to the message, or send any documents to the address in the email. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can report the email by contacting the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca\/index-eng.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at 1-888-495-8501.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We understand the confusion and concern these email scams cause.
