If your nonprofit organization has demonstrated exemplary talent management practices and committed to better business management to successfully deliver on your mission, you could be a candidate. The deadline to apply is <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">October 31, 2015<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Often, it can be challenging for organizations to keep staff engaged and employee morale high. In the nonprofit sector, the staff turnover rate of senior leadership roles is just eighteen months. Replacing staff frequently can be a strain on your resources, and often the competition for good fundraising professionals is fierce. That\u2019s why building your credibility and reputation as a good employer is so valuable.
