On Saturday, September 16th Assisted Living Southwestern Ontario (ALSO)will host the 10th annual Walk 'n Roll event in support of people in our community.  The event helps ALSO to provided support services and programs for people living with a disability, brain injury and our frail and elderly populations.

The community is invited to WALK, ROLL or RUN at Malden Park in Windsor, Ontario.  The event is open to all abilities and ages.


3K - Walk n' Roll down a paved pathway in the park

5K - Run/Walk through treed rolling hill trails

Registration opens at 8:45am

Run starts at 10am

Walk 'n Roll starts at 10:15am

Lunch and Festivities at 11:00am

Cost $45

Start/Finish Line at Malden Park Visitor Centre - 4200 Maldn Road, Windsor Ontario

We will be looking for volunteers to help with setup and tear down of the event and help out along the route.
