An event to celebrate ACT Alberta’s close partners and supporters in the Edmonton region.

Please join us for an intimate and relaxed evening in recognition of the great work we are accomplishing together. The menu for this event will feature a four-course meal.
First Course
Spinach and Artichoke Cheese: Fontina and Butterkäse cheeses blended with spinach, artichoke hearts and garlic
 
Alpine Swiss cheese: Aged Gruyère, Raclette and fontina cheeses blended with white wine and fresh garlic and finished with a dash of nutmeg. 
Second Course

Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese, crispy croutons and an added touch of Parmesan-encrusted pine nuts, tossed with Caesar dressing.

Third Course

Traditional Entree: A medley of premium beef, poultry, seafood, and pasta items for your enjoyment. Each entrée includes seasonal vegetables and signature dipping sauces, and is served with a complimentary seasoned Court Bouillon cooking style.

Fourth Course

Yin Yang: Signature dark chocolate paired with white chocolate that comes together as a match made in heaven!  

Flaming Turtle: An irresistible combination of milk chocolate, caramel and candied pecans flambéed table side.
