The BIG Pursuit is the primary annual fundraising event in support of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Red Deer and District. Teams of friends, family or co-workers participate in an afternoon of fun, challenge and adventure as participants discover Red Deer in a way they never have before. Your team will work together through a series of clues and challenges that will bring you to ten locations throughout the city. Anyone can participate regardless of physical ability, age or limitations. This event is designed as a great team building activity as well as providing a great afternoon of fun and challenge for everyone. Your registration fee of $25 covers the cost of your team shirts and food during the event and is required at time of online registration. Your registration fee will count as part of your total pledges raised at the conclusion of the event. Once registered you will also receive (delivered to designated Team Captain) a detailed information package outlining the event in detail. This package will include promotional materials, prize information and tips to raising pledges during the weeks prior to event day. The package will also include pledge forms to be used by your team members for soliciting any pledges off line.
Teams will be able to register online anytime from February 1, 2017 to the event date of April 23, 2017.
