Aperçu

This is The Canadian Angelman Syndrome Society's 25th anniversary of serving the AS community.  To celebrate this, we have rebranded our society to be more inclusive of our AS community, and better serve our Canadian families.  This conference is only the start of exciting new policies that are aimed at helping the AS community we are all a part of.  This year our conference will take place at The Omni King Edward Hotel in Downtown Toronto.  Attendees will enjoy a luxury location, as well as top international speakers on research, genetics, communication, inclusion, financial planning and well being over this two day conference.  Entry is free, but registration is required.

Registration will take place Thursday April 19th 2018 till the morning of Friday April 20th, 2018, and ends just before The Red Gala begins on Saturday, April 21st, 2018.  On arrival Thursday evening will be a relax and wind down event for those interested.  Our conference is open to all ages, however The Red Gala event happening after the conference will be ages 19 and over.

The mission of CASS is to provide support to individuals with Angelman syndrome, their families and caregivers through specific and personal educational experience and opportunity for social support with a view to mitigating stressors and challenges that families and caregivers experience daily. In doing so, CASS will contribute to the quality of life for persons with Angelman syndrome and their families and build acceptance and support of persons with Angelman syndrome
