Join us for a fun, energizing Zumba dance class—while you help support the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Cochrane-Timiskaming Branch.

Tickets are $10.00 each. If you can't make it to the Zumba class, you can still support the wonderful work the CMHA does here in Temiskaming Shores. Donations of any value will be much appreciated.
