Suicide Alertness Training is a community initiative to build skills in suicide intervention.

School District 83 & the Canadian Mental Health Association Shuswap-Revelstoke Branch will be offering SafeTALK training in Salmon Arm on September 18, 2017.

SafeTALK teaches participants how to:
  * recognize a person with thoughts of suicide
  * quickly connect a person at risk of suicide to resources that can further intervene


Location: SD#83 School Board Office, 341 Shuswap Street SW, Salmon Arm, BC  V1E 4N2
When:     September 18, 2017
Time:      5:30 to 8:30 pm
Cost:       $35 per person

A light snack is provided.
