Realize: Fostering Positive Change for People Living with HIV and Other Episodic Disabilities Realize is a national, charitable organization that responds to the rehabilitation needs of people living with HIV/AIDS. Vision and Mission Vision The daily lives of people living with HIV are improved in direct and meaningful ways by rehabilitation care, support and services. Mission Realize is a leader and catalyst for improved rehabilitation services for people living with HIV through integrated research, education, policy and practice. We bridge the traditionally separate worlds of HIV, disability and rehabilitation. Through research, education and cross-sector partnerships we are working to improve the lives of people with HIV.
