Join us for the second annual “Cycle the Foot-Hills for Fathers House” or “CFH2”.

CFH2 is a beautiful Southern Alberta bike ride along Hwy 541 into the scenic Kananaskis Provincial Park.

If you’re an active rider and ready for a challenge, the 90 km “Titan” ride is for you.  Don’t be fooled though, this is no ride in the park, it is as challenging as it is rewarding.

If you’re not quite up to that challenge then the 20 km “Masters” ride might be for you.

Please meet at our starting location at the Longview campground on the corner of Hwy 22 and 541 prior to the 0845 start time.  There will be a BBQ around 3pm back at the start location.

  • Participants will be required to register for the event and will raise $250 per individual or $400 per family prior to the ride.

À propos de cet organisme

Father's House International (or CAIRD) is a Canadian based charity making an impact in the relief of poverty by assisting orphaned and abandoned children in Romania and South Africa. We place our children with committed families in their own countries. They are raised by a loving mother and father. They go to school, play with neighbours and help with chores. They grow up knowing what it is like to be part of a family. We support these families with more than just money, we pray regularly with and for these families. We provide educational assistance, nutritional counselling, medical support and even parenting classes in order to help these children to grow up to be strong, healthy, contributing members of their community. Our goal is to teach these children what it means to be part of a healthy family so that as adults they can break the cycles of abuse and abandonment and raise children in healthy families of their own.
