Join us for a Breaking Bread Dinner to raise funds for Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan. Included in your ticket is a six course dinner, dessert, beverages, and a recipe cards for each dish for you to take home. Our event chefs will tell you all about each dish, its history, ingredients and how to make it yourself at home.



An intimate dinner for a limited number of guests, we will take you on a journey to the heart of Central Asia and immerse you in the flavours, smells and tastes of Afghan foods. Sample a range of dishes beloved by Afghans using ingredients both familiar and exotic, and top it off with a rich saffron dessert. You'll be inspired to delve into Afghan cooking yourself, and learn more about the fascinating variety of dishes from a country where people love good food.

Canadian Women for Women in Afghanistan (CW4WAfghan) is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1998 to advance education and educational opportunities for Afghan women and their families and to educate Canadians about human rights in Afghanistan.
