Tour de Duck is a fun rubber duck fund-raising race with 4,500 rubber ducks racing down the Fraser River at Deas Island Park in Delta. 

Race Day is  on Sunday Sept 16 noon - 3pm.  Winners need not be present at the race to win, but you are absolutely welcome to join us at the park on race day for a fun afternoon and to cheer on the Ducks!!!

Grand Prize - Fabulous weekend for two at the luxurious Stone House Bed and Breakfast on Salt Spring Island.

Second Prize - Dinner for 30 catered by Triple-O Food Truck

Third Prize - Dinner for two, once a month for a year at White Spot.

Plus, many other great prizes!!!

Buy your Ducks to race for prizes while helping us in our goal of "Saving Lives on the Water"

Tickets are $5.00 per duck  or get 5 duck tickets for $20.00.  After your purchase, you will be issued duck tickets. 


The Third Annual Tour de Duck is scheduled for Sept 16, 2018 noon-3pm  at Deas Island Park in Delta BC and promises to be a lot of fun. 

There will be two races:

Race #1, Corporate Sponsors racing their big ducks for the bragging rights to Duck Supremacy.

Race #2, will consist of 4,500 rubber ducks racing for great prizes

"Saving Lives on the Water". This fund-raising event is to help RCM-SAR Station 8 - Delta in our mission of saving lives on the water. SAR volunteers have to raise money for equipment and boat expenses so we can keep on saving lives. You can help us out buy supporting our fund-raising duck race.

Station 8-Delta of the RCM-SAR is an all-volunteer group dedicated to providing Search and Rescue to the waters around Delta, British Columbia. Trained crews stand ready to respond with our fast-response vessel within minutes of being tasked, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. find out more on our site The fast response rescue boat is stationed at the Point Roberts Marina to have quick access to the large and often weather-beaten Strait of Georgia. The Station also delivers Boating Safety programs to the community, providing Pleasure Craft Courtesy Checks and lectures on boating safety to local groups and yacht clubs in the Delta and Point Roberts area. All funds used in the operation and equipping of the rescue boat are raised by Delta Marine Rescue Society (DMRS). This is our third annual event, with last year’s event recognized by the Delta Chamber of Commerce’s Hats Off to Excellence Award finalist in the Special Evens & Tourism category.
