Hike for Happiness is a non-competitive family friendly walk to raise funds to support those with limited financial means to access mental health treatment. The Hike for Happiness offers participants the opportunity to enjoy a morning walk with their friends and family in one of London's Environmentally Significant Areas (ESA) located in the northeast of the city between Adelaide and Highbury Avenue.
All Donations go towards helping individuals access mental health treatment at Family Service Thames Valley. Family Service Thames Valley is offering a weekly walk-in clinic for individuals, couples and families in the community coping with mental health, emotional, or relational concerns that could benefit from quick access to counselling.

Hikers leave at 9:00 am
Parking is available east end of Wiindermere Road past Adelaide Street.
Wear Yellow to identity participants in the group
Must wear walking/hiking shoes
You must be able to walk on uneven, unpaved trails
No pets allowed.
