Aperçu

Whether it be the twinkle of a firefly or the flash of a lightning bolt – the electrical power of the universe reminds us that we are “not alone”.   It is comforting to imagine that even the faintest of light may be the light of a loved one, that we pray, is still journeying with us. Moonlit Memory Walk in support of Home Hospice Association is an annual celebration of life for those who have lost a friend, pet, family member or co-worker.

À propos de cet organisme

Home Hospice Association began as a conversation among three people who wanted to answer two important questions…if 69% of Canadians want to die at home; why can’t they? …if 84% of Canadians have no access to hospice palliative care; what are we going to do about it? Home Hospice Association engages communities to help people die in a non-institutionalized environment. Dignity, care, and culturally sensitive human connection are the hallmarks of what Home Hospice Association brings to the community.
