Aperçu

On Sunday, May 14, 2017, Mothers’ Day, we will be hosting the annual Hike for Hospice here in Kincardine.  We are looking to raise $10,000 for the establishment of our very first residential hospice suite to will be housed temporarily at Tiverton Park Manor.

We are encouraging everyone to register and raise dollars for the walk either through this CanadaHelps site or by downloading the pledge forms and bringing your donations to the event which will be held at the Davidson Centre.    The hike will be through the trails next to the Centre or on the outdoor  track. In the case of rain, we will use the Centre’s indoor track.

We’ll have hotdogs and drinks by donation, face painting for the kids, and lots of activities to make the afternoon a great time!

Registration starts at 12:00 noon and the hike will kick off with warm up exercises at 1:30 p.m.   Walk a full 5 km or walk whatever distance you can.  We just want you to have fun, meet some new friends, learn a bit about hospice and raise funds for our very first residential hospice bed.
