The 1st annual Golf Tournament provides a venue to support the work of the museum while enjoying a round of golf with friends and associates.

The tournament will be Saturday September 10, 2016, beginning at 2:30pm, at the Heather Glen Golf Club. Heather Glen is located at 5240 Lakeridge Road, RR#1 Ashburn, Ontario. This is just south of the Dagmar ski hills and resort.

9 holes (best ball) with power cart, putting contest, prizes, steak or chicken dinner, and 50-50 raffle, all for $125. Register a 4-some today for only $500.

All skill levels welcome.

A charitable tax receipt of $70 will be given. All proceeds go to the Museum of Natural Science and History.

The tournament will begin at 2:30. A group of 4 people will tee off. Then whichever of the 4 shots is the best, the other 3 players will pickup their balls and move them to where the best ball is. All 4 players will then shoot from that locations. Play continues until a ball is sunk into the hole. One score is then recorded for that team. The team with the lowest score will win a prize.

Sometime during the afternoon, either before the first hole or after the last hole, each person can participate in the putting contest. Best score wins a prize.

Dinner will begin around 6:30, depending on the number of golfers participating. The entire event will be complete around 8pm.
