À propos de cet organisme

Ontario Track 3 Ski Association for Kids with Disabilities is a volunteer, non-profit charitable organization which enables children of all abilities to participate in alpine snow sports. More than 40 years ago, Track 3 started a program with a few amputee students and some hand me down equipment. Following on the success of this program, it was not long before kids with other disabilities were introduced to Track 3. Today we have more than 400 volunteers at 11 locations, delivering approximately 8,195 hours of instruction to our students with special needs. We have developed a comprehensive training system which includes instructor grading. Our goal, however, has never changed. We strive to provide the best possible program for kids with disabilities, using only current ski and snowboard equipment and supported by fully trained and qualified instructors, support staff and equipment technicians. We help enable kids through the magic of snow sports.
