AGU is a childhood disease that gradually steals a child's cognition, speech and mobility.  AGU children may only survive into young adulthood.  After many years of pre-clinical research, a gene therapy has been developed.  It is ready to be given to affected children, but first we need to raise the remaining funds necessary to produce the replacement gene and conduct the clinical trial.  This milestone is achievable within the next year!
