Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue is a volunteer based organization that operates marine rescue stations in BC.  Station 61 serves Pender Harbour and the surrounding area.  Our volunteer crew is on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ready to respond to a wide variety of marine emergencies.

Even the most experienced and prepared boaters can encounter the unexpected. When things go wrong, the volunteers of RCMSAR 61 are here to respond, no mater what the conditions, throughout the year.  

But it's expensive to run and maintain our vessel, as well as to keep our crew well-equipped and safe. So please give what you can, to help 'save lives on the water'.
