Aperçu

Youth LEaD Program inspires and trains high school youth to create positive change in their community. It is a community-connected experiential learning program specially designed to develop leadership skills in youth along with skills in project management, volunteer engagement, and service excellence. After completing all modules in the program, youth join hands with like-minded peers from across the Peel region to organize and execute a community service project in collaboration with not-for-profit organizations serving Peel. These projects will be organized to address social issues in six areas; education and talent, nature and environment, diversity and inclusion, safety and security, health and well being, and economic stability.

Benefit to youth: $30 donation = Full course materials for 3 students, donation eligible for tax receipt.

Impact on community: In its pilot run, Youth LEaD engaged 256 youth from the Peel region contributed 1700 hours towards community development initiatives.

You can send an e-card to honour a loved one or a friend one, by selecting the option to choose a card from the existing card selection.

Note; Only donations of $25 and above are eligible for a tax receipt.
