RUN 5000 KILOMETRES TO FEED THE BODY AND MIND

This is my 2021 running journey to support Food Banks, Literacy, and Education throughout Ontario.

I am supporting three charities whose work matters to me:

- Feed Ontario (Formerly the Ontario Association of Food Banks) unites food banks, industry partners, and local communities in their work to end hunger and poverty. Every $1 you donate provides 3 meals to an Ontarian in need.

- The Canadian Children’s Literacy Foundation promotes and develops literacy initiatives, champions literacy partners across Canada, and empowers people to build literacy skills in their homes and communities. In 2020, the Foundation partnered with Canadian Food Banks to put more than 130,000 children's books into the hands of kids.

- Ontario Professional Engineers Foundation for Education's mission is to nurture engineering students into licensed engineers by inspiring academic and leadership excellence, providing financial assistance and connecting to mentors and employers.
