Christie Lake Climb for Kids Kilimanjaro 2020/2021 Challenge

I am so excited for this new challenge and the opportunity to raise funds for the Christie Lake Climb for Kids this July. As a retired High School Principal, I know the importance of helping disadvantaged students and the joy they get from attending a fun summer camp.

After winning a gold medal at the World Dragon Boat Championships in Hungary last year with my team, I wanted a new challenge and I was so excited to have the opportunity to trek Mt. Kilimanjaro with this wonderful group of people.

Raising funds for Christie Lake Kids Camp will help provide a fun and safe place for underprivileged kids to go to during the summer months. Having attended the camp for team bonding activities in the past, I saw first hand how great the place was. Every child should have the opportunity to attend a summer camp and I hope that you can support me by donating and helping our team meet our fundraising goal.
