Stay at Home Marathon

Exchange for Change is a homeschooled youth group that has been raising money for different charities for the past 5 years. The Pandemic has meant that we can't meet in person, but we have continued to connect via Zoom.

We are worried about all the people currently living in refugee camps, and how terrible COVID-19 could be for them.  We know they are very vulnerable already, with limited sanitation and medical facilities.

Because of that, we are raising money for Doctors Without Borders COVID-19 refugee relief.

Every week until we can meet again in person, the 7 of us will walk a collective marathon (42 kilometers) in and around our separate homes. (Up and down the hallway 100x, back and forth across the yard 66x or up and down the driveway 6x for instance.)

We are looking for people to pledge money for every marathon we walk. Since we don't know how long social distancing will continue, people can also pledge a fixed amount.
